I believe finding motivation everyday is easier if we know our WHY behind our fitness goals and also if we can find joy in our routine… choose positivity, support and joy over obligation each day and showing up becomes easier. With my background as a Professional Dancer and as a trainer in NYC I am able to train my clients to work smarter not harder. The foundation of alignment and core strength is most important and is the main focus before advancing to more intensity.
