I have loved training with Sara for the past year. I met Sara in person, and throughout the pandemic we continued our training over zoom. Sara is patient, positive, and encouraging. She got me through the pandemic with her fun and challenging cardio tone workouts, and I somehow got in better shape in quarantine. She is so knowledgeable about the human body, and is so talented at explaining various workouts and making sure the client gets in shape injury-free. For the first time in my life, I feel like I have good form! I always have an amazing start to my morning after a Sara workout. Training with Sara has made me feel strong inside and out!
